Today we all are finishing up on our 20% projects. I was looking up where to get the folder that we are going to put our final model in and Yerliz and Avery were making some of the powerpoint slides and some of the pages to go in the folder of all of our recipes. I'm actually surprised we finished what we did I thought we were going to run out of time and be able to finish all of our recipes that we decided on.

Today in class we decided to do the oreo cupcake again since everyone like it. We also had thought about who is doing what in making the actual cupcake cook book. Ok for the cupcake we brought in today. We brought in the peanut butter ones and for the most part everyone loved them as usual...but I think we shouldn't of added the reeses cup in the middle because I think it was just a little to much peanut butter and not enough chocolate.

Today me and Avery brought cupcakes which mine turned out totally awful which doesn't hurt my feelings because some how I new they weren't going to taste good. Anyways Avery made a a Christmas cupcake and they were actually really good because she added peppermint bark in them. I think next time we are going to retry the peanut butter cupcake. I am starting to think we are going to finish all the recipes we had planned. Which is a relief of course.

Today for me was a real easy day and for them to. What I did was I searched for some ways we could design our cookbook and what kind of decorations we could add to it. Today we were supposed to bring in the Thin Mint cupcake but Avery tried to make it and it totally failed she said, which honestly everyone was disappointed about. Anyways we have decided that we will retry this cupcake next week and see if we can improve the result.

Today me Avery and Yerliz looked at what cupcake we were going to do next because next week we are not only bringing two cupcakes but we are bringing two different flavors. Through looking over the different flavors we have and we chose to do the chocolate and peanut butter and mint. For the the chocolate and peanut butter one we are going to add reeses in the mix and on top, for the mint we are going to add thin mints and M&M's. I think adding these items will make the taste better overall.Today we also found some more recipes and made them our own and we also got good feedback from the cupcakes we brought today which were vanilla and chocolate.

Today Avery brought in cupcakes as usual and they were really good as usual. This time she brought caramel mixed with chocolate ones. Every liked just like always nobody said they didn't like it so that was good. Other than that we have decided that we are going to do the Vanilla Twist. Which I am pretty excited about. Anyways for our caramel cupcakes we brought tootsie rolls and caramel blocks to decorate with and we made little fall toppings just to top off the cupcakes.

Today we let everyone try our double chocolate cupcake. Which everyone seemed to like them and wanted seconds for the most part. Well anyways after we let everyone try them and got feedback we started to look up some designs for our cookbook and how we can set it up. To add on to that we are deciding what cupcake we should do out of our list.
